Set in Slovenia's distinctive Karst plateau near Laze, Kras Trail offers three distances that showcase the region's unique limestone landscape. The 10km route provides a gentle introduction with 221m of climbing, while the 29km option explores more of the plateau's character with over 1,000m of elevation gain. The 52km course tackles nearly 1,900m of climbing across rocky paths, past hidden caves, and along windswept ridges that define this geologically fascinating region. March brings cool temperatures ideal for trail running, and with a beginner-friendly option alongside more challenging routes, the event welcomes runners at different stages of their trail journey.
