The Julian Alps Trail Run brings the UTMB experience to Slovenia's stunning alpine playground, with routes winding through forests and mountain trails around Kranjska Gora. The event offers something for everyone, from the beginner-friendly 10K with its gentle 308m of climbing to the challenging 124K that ventures deep into the Julian Alps with nearly 6000m of elevation gain. The 25K and 15K distances strike a nice balance for those building confidence on mountain terrain, while the 50K and 80K appeal to more experienced trail runners. The backdrop of Lake Bled and the dramatic peaks of Slovenia's highest mountains makes this a particularly scenic place to test the legs, whether tackling a first trail race or pushing for a longer adventure.
