The Atlantic Coast Ultra takes runners along 40 miles of Cornwall's dramatic coastline, from Fistral Beach in Newquay to St Ives Bay Holiday Park. The route follows the coastal path above rugged cliffs and hidden coves, with the Atlantic stretching out to the horizon. This is a proper endurance challenge — the terrain is demanding, with plenty of elevation changes as the path winds along the coast. The scenery rewards the effort though, with views that showcase why the Cornish coast is considered some of Britain's finest. Suitable for experienced trail runners ready for a full day on the trails.
