About this event

The Ultra Trail Troupes de Marine leads runners through the rugged backcountry of Fréjus on the French Riviera. Held in late November, this demanding event offers two serious distances: 59 kilometres with 1,796 metres of climbing, and a formidable 131-kilometre course gaining 4,374 metres. The technical terrain and substantial elevation make this a proper test for experienced trail runners. Late autumn in the Mediterranean hills brings cooler temperatures and the possibility of varied weather, adding another layer to an already challenging day in the coastal mountains.
