Centurion Thames Path 100
About this event
This iconic 164-kilometre point-to-point course traces the Thames from Richmond in southwest London all the way to Oxford's historic centre. Following the river upstream, the route meanders through some of England's finest riverside landscapes — from leafy London suburbs to pastoral countryside and charming Thames-side villages. The terrain is predominantly flat with only 423 metres of elevation gain, making it fast for those with the fitness. Most of the course runs on well-maintained trails and paved towpaths. While the distance demands serious preparation and experience, the consistent footing and gentle elevation make it an accessible first 100-miler for runners ready to step up from shorter ultras.
