The Autumn 100 follows an elegant cross-shaped course through the Thames Valley countryside, starting from the twin villages of Goring and Streatley. Runners tackle four 25-mile out-and-back spurs, weaving between the historic Ridgeway and Thames Path national trails. This 160-kilometre journey with 1,195 metres of climbing explores Oxfordshire's rolling chalk hills and riverside paths, offering a steady rhythm of familiar terrain. Each return to the start provides a welcome checkpoint. The format suits experienced ultra runners seeking a well-supported autumn challenge on England's ancient footpaths.
