Wimbleball Lake returns to the triathlon calendar, bringing racing back to this stunning Somerset reservoir that once hosted Ironman 70.3 for a decade. The swim takes place in the lake itself — a rare treat, as it's normally off-limits to swimmers. From there, athletes tackle quiet country roads with some proper climbs before finishing on a beautiful 10K run loop that doesn't shy away from elevation. With distances ranging from a beginner-friendly aquathlon to full Iron distance, there's something for everyone ready to test themselves against this classic course.
