THE ROC England takes endurance racing to spectacular heights in the Lake District. This triathlon begins with a swim across Windermere, England's largest lake, followed by a bike route that winds past Coniston Water's shores. The final leg? A run that summits Scafell Pike, England's highest peak at 978 metres, before descending back to the finish. The 112-kilometre course combines over 2,100 metres of climbing with some of the country's most dramatic lakeland and mountain scenery. It's a serious undertaking designed for experienced athletes comfortable with technical terrain and sustained effort across multiple disciplines in remote mountain environments.
