Going Round In Circles
About this event
Going Round in Circles transforms London's Underground into an unlikely trail running adventure. Runners tackle all 27 stations of the Circle Line, covering roughly 26 kilometers through the city's heart. Starting from Paddington, participants can run solo or split the challenge as a team of two, alternating between running and riding the Tube. The format is delightfully unconventional: collect selfies at each station as proof while navigating between stops that range from 300 meters to nearly 2 kilometers apart. It's part treasure hunt, part endurance test, weaving through London's bustling streets and landmarks. The challenge demands both fitness and strategy as runners balance pace with navigation. Finishers earn a Circle Line medal and return to Paddington for coffee and cake—a proper London finish to an urban adventure that reimagines the city as a running playground.
