Trofeo Città di Telesia
About this event
The Trofeo Città di Telesia takes runners through the hills surrounding Telese Terme, a historic spa town in Campania's Sannio region. This trail event explores the volcanic landscape and ancient pathways near the town's famous thermal springs. The terrain offers a proper challenge with technical sections and elevation changes typical of southern Italian hillside running. Local trails wind past olive groves and Mediterranean scrubland, with views stretching across the valley. The June timing means warm conditions and lush greenery, suited to runners comfortable with heat and varied terrain. It's a genuine local race with an authentic Italian atmosphere, far from the tourist trail.
