Trail Las Palomas

Trail Las Palomas takes runners into the rugged beauty of Zahara de la Sierra, a white village perched dramatically in Andalusia's Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. The course winds through limestone peaks and cork oak forests, with two distance options that showcase this stunning landscape. The 23km route tackles 1,365 metres of climbing, while the 41km challenge pushes on to 2,315 metres of elevation gain. December timing brings cooler temperatures ideal for these climbs, and the views across the reservoir and surrounding mountains are particularly striking in winter light. A proper mountain trail experience in one of southern Spain's most photogenic settings.
