The Trail Hivernal les Mathes la Palmyre brings winter trail running to France's Atlantic coast, near the famous La Palmyre zoo and beaches. Despite its name, this January event offers a refreshing alternative to alpine winter races, with coastal pine forests and sandy paths replacing snow-covered peaks.
