The Madeloc Skytrail unfolds over two days along the Côte Vermeille, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean. Saturday's route explores coastal sections around Cap Béar and Castel de Querroig, while Sunday tackles the Madeloc sector with panoramic ridges. Five distances span from a 10km introduction (309m climbing) to a challenging 62km route (2,521m climbing), making this accessible for newcomers while offering serious challenges for experienced runners. The shorter options provide an excellent entry point to trail running, with technical terrain that never feels overwhelming. The combination of seaside trails, rocky paths, and mountain views captures the wild character of this dramatic coastline.
