The Trail hivernal des Coursières ventures into the Monts du Lyonnais, a range of rolling hills just west of Lyon that offers surprisingly wild terrain. The 33km course climbs 1,233 metres through frequent ups and downs, rewarding runners with sweeping views across this distinctive landscape. A 16km option provides a shorter route through the same winter trails.
