Trail di Portofino

The Trail di Portofino takes runners through the natural park above the Ligurian coast, where Mediterranean trails wind through maritime pine forests with sweeping views over the turquoise sea. Starting from Santa Margherita Ligure, the event offers three distances — 11km, 21km, and 22km — with elevation gains ranging from 550 to 1350 metres. The routes combine coastal paths and forested hillsides, featuring technical terrain and sustained climbs that reward with stunning vistas across the gulf. November timing brings cooler temperatures ideal for the park's protected trails, making this a memorable autumn challenge on one of Italy's most photogenic coastlines.
