Trail des limaces

The Trail des Limaces brings runners to the hills above Blausasc, a village in the Alpes-Maritimes where Mediterranean warmth meets alpine terrain. Two courses wind through rocky trails and olive groves characteristic of this corner of southern France. The 11km route offers a taste of the region's varied landscape with 460 metres of climbing, while the 23km option tackles more technical terrain with 1240 metres of elevation gain. March timing means pleasant temperatures for these sun-drenched paths, where the scent of wild herbs accompanies runners through limestone outcrops and forested sections. The routes showcase the rugged beauty of the Paillon valley, with views stretching toward the coast on clear days.
