Trail de la Passerelle

The Trail de la Passerelle winds through the Montagne Noire in the Tarn, linking the twin towns of Mazamet and Aussillon along forest trails and historic paths. The course's standout feature is the Passerelle de Mazamet, a dramatic 140-metre footbridge suspended 70 metres above the Arnette river. Three distances (20, 21, and 28 kilometres) with elevations ranging from 1,232 to 1,570 metres suit intermediate and advanced runners ready for technical terrain. Finishers receive a commemorative jacket and local treats, making for a warm post-race atmosphere. This community-focused October event celebrates the rugged landscapes and heritage of a quieter corner of southern France.
