TRAIL BEAUME DROBIE
About this event
Set in the wild Cévennes ardéchoises, Trail Beaume Drobie explores the Prataubérat and Tanargue massifs through a network of paths and tracks winding through this rugged corner of southern France. The event offers five distances, from a gentle 11km option with 420 metres of climbing to a serious 51km challenge with 2,490 metres of elevation gain. A 5km course provides another accessible entry point. The terrain stays largely on trails and forest tracks, threading through chestnut groves and over open ridges. Starting from the village of Valgorge, runners discover a landscape shaped by ancient volcanic activity and centuries of pastoral life — remote, timeless, and genuinely welcoming to newcomers alongside seasoned trail runners.
