Set in the heart of the Dolomites near Madonna di Campiglio, this Gran Fondo offers serious mountain runners a chance to tackle the region's legendary peaks and ridgelines. Two challenging routes wind through alpine terrain — the longer 115km course with 3000m of climbing, and a slightly shorter 85km option with 2250m of ascent. Both demand solid mountain experience and fitness, navigating technical trails with sustained elevation gain. The reward? Running beneath some of the most dramatic rock formations in the Alps, through alpine meadows and past iconic Dolomite towers. This is trail running at altitude, where endurance meets breathtaking geology.
