The Roc Trail at Roquebrune-sur-Argens opens doors to terrain that's usually closed to the public, weaving through private estates and protected natural areas in the Var region. Runners get to explore trails that showcase the area's distinctive landscapes, from the volcanic red rocks of the Estérel massif to quieter paths through Mediterranean backcountry. The courses range from 17km to 43km, offering technical challenges on varied terrain that keeps things interesting without becoming overwhelming.
