Restonica Trail

Set in the heart of Corsica near the historic town of Corte, the Restonica Trail takes runners through one of the island's most stunning valleys. The forest-covered routes follow ancient shepherds' paths, winding through pine and beech trees with mountain streams never far away. Four distances cater to different ambitions, from the approachable 17km route perfect for those stepping up from road running, to the demanding 110km ultra that ventures deep into Corsica's rugged interior. The moderate summer timing means comfortable temperatures at lower elevations, though the terrain remains characteristically Corsican: steep, technical, and rewarding.
