The Picos de Europa Travesera Integral crosses one of Spain's most dramatic mountain ranges in a single, demanding push. Starting from Covadonga, the 78-kilometre route threads through limestone peaks, alpine meadows, and deep valleys with 6,495 metres of climbing. This traverse has earned its reputation as one of Spain's most respected ultras — the terrain is technical, the views are enormous, and the challenge is real. Experienced mountain runners return year after year, drawn by the raw beauty of these northern Spanish peaks and the satisfaction of completing such a committing route.
