Maratonina Pretuziana
About this event
The Maratonina Pretuziana takes runners through the rugged terrain around Scapriano in Italy's Abruzzo region. Set in late April when spring has fully arrived in the mountains, this trail event explores the historic Pretuziano area, where ancient paths wind through varied landscapes. The course offers a genuine test for experienced trail runners looking to challenge themselves on technical terrain. While details about specific distances remain flexible, the event maintains its focus on authentic trail running through this lesser-known corner of central Italy, where the combination of elevation changes and natural obstacles rewards those who come prepared for a serious mountain adventure.
