The shorter routes (10km with 204m of climbing, 22km with 957m) provide a welcoming introduction to the region's rolling terrain, with gradual climbs that reward runners with views across the Ain countryside. More experienced runners can tackle the technical 43km (1383m) or the demanding 77km ultra (2474m), which explores the full character of this diverse mountain range.
