IBIZA TRAIL MARATON FESTIVAL

The Ibiza Trail Maraton Festival brings trail running to the sun-soaked Balearic island, offering a refreshing alternative to the usual beach scene. Based in San Antonio Abad, runners can choose from three distances that explore Ibiza's lesser-known interior landscapes and coastal paths. The 11-kilometre route provides a gentle introduction with 250 metres of climbing, while the 27-kilometre option ventures deeper into the island's terrain with 832 metres of ascent. The 47-kilometre challenge takes in 1,413 metres of elevation across Ibiza's rolling hills and clifftop trails. Taking place in late October, the event benefits from cooler temperatures and autumn light, perfect for discovering this Mediterranean island from a different perspective.
