About this event

FESTITRAIL takes runners into the rolling hills of the Gard countryside near Cannes-et-Clairan in southern France. The 11km course offers a genuine taste of trail running with 295 metres of climbing, while the 24km route explores more remote terrain with 784 metres of elevation gain. Late April timing brings Mediterranean spring in full bloom — wildflowers, fresh greens, and pleasant temperatures. The village setting provides a relaxed, authentic atmosphere away from the crowds of better-known mountain events. Both routes showcase the distinctive landscapes of this Occitanie corner, where limestone outcrops and garrigue scrubland create scenery that feels both rugged and intimate.
