Set in the charming town of Santena in northern Italy, this spring duathlon offers a nice introduction to multi-sport events with its compact format. The event features three distance options, from a short 2.5km route perfect for testing the waters, to a 5km middle distance, up to the main 19.4km challenge that combines running and cycling through the Piedmont countryside. Taking place in late March when the Italian spring is just beginning to show, it's a great chance to experience duathlon racing in a welcoming local atmosphere. The compact courses make it easier to focus on pacing and transitions without getting overwhelmed by distance.
