About this event

Set in the heart of the Dolomites near Cortina d'Ampezzo, this September trail running event showcases some of the most dramatic alpine scenery in Italy. Three distances suit different ambitions: a 21-kilometre route with 1,224 metres of climbing, a 34-kilometre option gaining 1,915 metres, and a demanding 41-kilometre course that climbs 2,746 metres through high mountain terrain. The routes wind through classic Dolomite landscapes, where jagged limestone peaks rise above alpine meadows and forests. The technical terrain and sustained elevation gain make this better suited to runners with solid mountain experience, but those ready for the challenge will find themselves immersed in one of Europe's most striking mountain environments.
