Nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees, Chap'Trail offers runners a taste of southwestern France's rolling terrain. The event features two trail distances — a 21km route with 700m of climbing for those seeking a proper workout, and a shorter 10km option with 350m of ascent that's perfect for testing trail legs without overdoing it. There's also a 10km hiking route for those who prefer to take in the landscape at a walking pace. Set in the charming village of Haut-de-Bosdarros, this February event provides a refreshing winter trail experience with varied terrain that rewards steady pacing and good technique.
