The 6 Cascatas Trail Running winds through the forested hills north of Lisbon, linking six waterfalls across 22 kilometres and 1,148 metres of climbing. The course threads between technical single track and wider forest paths, rising through cork oak woodland and traditional farmland before descending past cascading water. Late November brings cooler air and flowing waterfalls at their seasonal peak, with autumn colours still visible in the canopy.
