3 Cims de Vilafamés

Set in the rugged hills of Castellón, the 3 Cims de Vilafamés takes runners on a 29km journey through Mediterranean landscapes surrounding this historic Spanish village. The route connects three prominent peaks, gaining 1455 metres of elevation as it winds through pine forests, rocky outcrops, and terraced hillsides. The sustained climbing and technical terrain make this better suited to runners with some trail experience. The medieval village of Vilafamés, perched dramatically on a rocky outcrop, provides a striking backdrop throughout the day. Early October timing brings cooler temperatures and golden light across the Spanish countryside.
