Vårruset - Göteborg

Vårruset brings together women and girls across Sweden for a spring celebration of movement and community. Held in Gothenburg and other cities from north to south, participants choose their own pace — running, jogging, or walking — either solo or in teams of five. The atmosphere is warm and supportive, with many teams celebrating together at the finish line. More than just a race, it's become a tradition that has encouraged countless Swedish women to embrace running and outdoor activity. The Gothenburg edition offers a chance to explore the city's parks and waterfront while being part of something bigger — a nationwide movement focused on health, connection, and simply enjoying the act of moving together.
