Trail des Cascades - Romagny

Set in the rolling countryside of Normandy, the Trail des Cascades offers a welcoming range of distances from a 3km mini-trail for young runners to a challenging 41km grand défi combining two courses. The event takes its name from the waterfalls dotting the landscape around Romagny-Fontenay, with routes exploring forest paths and gentle hills. Runners can choose from seven different options, including a 15km relay for pairs and a Saturday evening 9km that serves as a warm-up or standalone race. The varied elevations mean there's something for runners looking to test themselves on technical climbs or those preferring a more moderate outing through the Norman bocage.
