The Terre di Siena Ultramarathon winds through the heart of Tuscany, taking runners past medieval hilltop villages, cypress-lined valleys, and endless vineyards. Starting from the towers of San Gimignano, the courses follow ancient trade routes where Etruscan and Renaissance history feel tangible at every turn. With options ranging from 18km to 50km, each distance is IAU-certified and capped to keep the field intimate. The terrain blends rolling vineyard trails with technical sections through historic pathways, rewarding steady pacing and navigation skills.
