Skåne Frozen Trail

Skåne Frozen Trail takes runners through Sweden's winter landscape at the end of February, when the trails are at their most dramatic. Based in Sövde, the event offers three distances ranging from 30km to 60km, each showcasing different aspects of the terrain. The longer routes feature over 1000m of climbing, rewarding runners with sweeping views across the frozen Swedish countryside. This is a proper winter trail challenge, best suited to runners comfortable with technical terrain and winter conditions. The 30km option provides a slightly gentler introduction to the course, though all distances demand solid trail experience and preparation for cold-weather running.
