The Atea Kalmar Mile offers a scenic tour through one of Sweden's most charming coastal towns. The route winds past Kalmar Castle, through the Old Town's cobbled streets, along the harbor, and through leafy neighborhoods before finishing with a crowd-lined sprint down the main pedestrian street to Larmtorget square. It's a proper Swedish mile (10km) that attracts everyone from serious runners to those out for a scenic tour, plus a children's race for ages 2-13.
