Set along Sweden's Baltic coast near Åhus, this trail event offers four distances through Friseboda's varied terrain. The routes weave through coastal forests, sandy beaches, and rolling dunes, with enough elevation change to keep things interesting without being overwhelming. The 17km course provides a solid challenge for experienced runners, while shorter options (11km, 6km, and 2.5km) welcome those newer to trails. The mix of forest paths and seaside sections creates a scenic backdrop that captures the quiet beauty of Skåne's southern coastline. A free children's race adds a family-friendly touch to the day.
