About this event
Set against Stirling's historic landscape, this October festival welcomes everyone from ultra runners to families. The headline distances — 70km and 50km — loop past the Wallace Monument, Stirling Castle, and into the Ochil Hills, with 1,289 metres of climbing on the longer route. Both can be tackled solo or split between relay teams of three or six, making the challenge more approachable without losing the adventure. The Braveheart 10km follows a flatter route along the River Forth, crossing the elegant Old Bridge. A one-mile fun run gives young runners their own traffic-free course. The looped format means regular aid stations and easy relay handovers throughout the day.
