Hurtwood 50k

About this event

The Hurtwood 50k explores the rolling woodlands and heathland of Surrey's countryside, just south of Dorking. This December trail race covers 51 kilometres with 1,226 metres of climbing, weaving through Hurtwood Forest and surrounding areas known for their sandy trails and pine-covered slopes. The route offers a proper challenge with varied terrain — technical sections mixed with flowing paths through one of southern England's finest trail running areas. Running in early December brings crisp conditions and bare trees that open up views across the Surrey Hills, creating an atmospheric end-of-season adventure for experienced runners ready to test their endurance.
