About this event

The Versilia Marathon traces the stunning Tuscan coastline where the Mediterranean meets the dramatic Apuan Alps. Runners follow the Versilia Riviera, with sea views on one side and mountain peaks on the other — a rare combination that makes this Italian classic memorable. The full marathon suits experienced runners ready for the distance, while the half marathon offers a solid challenge for those building toward longer races. A 10km option welcomes newer runners to the experience. Based in the coastal town of Viareggio, the course captures that particular magic of Tuscany where mountains, sea, and Italian charm converge.
