The event centres around an open-water swim in the River Thames, followed by bike routes through rolling countryside and a run across the historic Culden Faw Estate. The swim distances range from 750m to 3km, with triathlon and aquabike options spanning sprint to middle distance. The bike course tackles hilly open roads, while the run winds through peaceful woodland trails and estate grounds.
