Set against the dramatic backdrop of Norway's Lofoten Islands, this multi-stage ultra takes runners through some of the Arctic's most striking coastal terrain. Starting from the fishing village of Reine, the event offers distances from an accessible 11-kilometre introduction to the landscape up to a formidable 163 kilometres with over 7,000 metres of climbing. The courses weave between sea-level trails and mountain passes, with the midnight sun in early June bathing these spectacular ridges and fjord-side paths in near-constant daylight.
