About this event
The Sherwood Christmas 10k & 5k brings festive cheer to the ancient woodlands of Sherwood Pines in late November. Runners wind through forest trails beneath towering pines, with both 10k and 5k options available for different abilities. The event welcomes the whole family, including a dedicated junior run for younger participants. Festive costumes are encouraged, adding to the warm, celebratory atmosphere as autumn transitions to winter. The forest setting offers a peaceful escape, with well-maintained trails that showcase the natural beauty of Nottinghamshire's woodland. It's a lovely way to embrace the season while enjoying a proper trail run through one of England's most storied forests.
