The Punk Panther Welcome Way brings West Yorkshire's diverse landscapes together in one challenging route. Runners traverse moorland expanses, peaceful woodlands, working farmland, and quiet riversides, connecting sections of the Welcome Way circular trail. The course passes through Otley Chevin, Burley Moor, and Baildon Moor, with ultra runners adding a loop through Bingley and Shipley Glen. Four distance options range from a half marathon to 50 miles, each testing both endurance and route-finding ability. The fully marked courses wind through terrain that shifts character frequently, from exposed high ground to sheltered canal paths and reservoir edges. It's a solid choice for experienced runners who enjoy variety and navigation challenges in their trail running.
