The swim takes place in sheltered waters, while the bike leg winds along scenic coastal routes. The run unfolds on beautiful trails and sections of the coast path, with each 5K lap showcasing the park's natural charm. With distances ranging from sprint to middle distance, plus an aquabike option, the event caters to intermediate through expert athletes.
