About this event
The LIWA-LaufEvent brings together runners of all levels in the charming town of Lichtenwald, nestled in the scenic Baden-Württemberg countryside. With five distance options ranging from a relaxed 6.5km fitness run to a full marathon, this road running event offers something for everyone. The half marathon and 10km routes attract solid local competition, while the Nordic Walking option welcomes those looking for a more social pace. Set in mid-April when spring transforms the German landscape, runners can expect pleasant conditions through rolling terrain. The event has a welcoming community feel, with local supporters lining the well-organized courses that wind through Lichtenwald and the surrounding villages.
