The Ještěd Skyrace brings runners to one of the Czech Republic's most distinctive peaks, crowned by its iconic hyperboloid television tower. This 22-kilometre route tackles 1,250 metres of climbing through the Jizera Mountains near Liberec, demanding both technical skill and mountain fitness. The course weaves through mixed forests and open ridges before the final push to Ještěd's summit, where panoramic views stretch across northern Bohemia. Starting at midday, runners face a concentrated challenge that rewards those comfortable with sustained climbing and varied mountain terrain.
