Athletes start with a sea swim at Torre Abbey Sands before tackling a traffic-free bike circuit and a flat, scenic run with constant ocean views. The compact transition area in Torre Abbey Meadows keeps things straightforward, while the spectator-friendly course means supporters can catch multiple glimpses of competitors throughout the day. With distances ranging from a 12.8km supersprint to a full 51.5km standard, plus aquabike and aquathlon options, there's a challenge suited to different experience levels. The post-race atmosphere at the finish village captures that quintessential British seaside event feeling.
