Set in the Beskid Sądecki mountains of southern Poland, Łemkowyna Trail offers six distances from 10km to 149km, making it genuinely accessible to runners of all levels. The spa town of Krynica-Zdrój serves as home base, nestled in a region known for its rolling forested hills and traditional wooden architecture. The 10km route gives newcomers a friendly introduction to mountain trails, while the longer distances challenge experienced runners with serious elevation — up to 5,170 metres across Carpathian ridges for the 149km. October brings autumn colours and crisp mountain air, though weather can be unpredictable. It's an event where beginners and seasoned ultra runners can share the same weekend, exploring the trails of this less-visited corner of the Polish mountains.
