Centurion South Downs Way 50

The South Downs Way 50 traces 79 kilometres of England's iconic chalk ridge from Worthing to Eastbourne. After an initial climb through footpaths and bridleways to Chanctonbury Ring, the route follows the South Downs Way along rolling grassland ridges with sweeping views across the Sussex countryside. The course shares its final stretch with the longer SDW100, maintaining the character of this historic national trail until the final turn toward Eastbourne's track finish. With nearly 1,800 metres of climbing across varied terrain, this established spring event demands solid endurance and technical trail experience. Part of Centurion's 50-mile Grand Slam series.
